Blackburn Fork River

The Blackburn Fork River is a major tributary of the Roaring River that flows for nearly 20 miles through Jackson County, TN. The stream originates near Cookeville and contains Cummins Falls, a 75-foot-tall waterfall whose surrounding area is comprised of Cummins Falls State Park. The Blackburn Fork is a designated State Scenic River and is a popular destination for locals and visitors to the area who come to swim, fish, and sightsee at the river’s banks.
